Specific deliverables, project milestones, timelines, and fees are defined individually in mutual agreements, statements of work, or invoices agreed upon prior to project commencement.

3. Payments, Fees & Invoices

Payment terms are as follows:

• Invoicing: Invoices are issued in USD or INR as mutually agreed. Payments may be made securely through our official payment portal via PayPal or direct bank transfer.
• Retainers & Milestones: Strategy sessions and recurring monthly retainers must be paid in advance unless otherwise documented in writing.
• Refunds: Due to the customized and time-intensive nature of marketing advisory services, completed strategy hours and consultation sessions are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

All original website content, branding, articles, guides, and proprietary frameworks created by Rajnish Barnwal remain the intellectual property of Rajnish Barnwal. Upon receipt of full payment for client-specific deliverables, the client receives ownership or license rights for the final marketing assets created specifically for their business.

5. Client Responsibilities & Warranties

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary credentials, and accurate materials required to execute agreed marketing deliverables. Clients warrant that all assets provided for publication do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees & Limitation of Liability

While we apply proven, data-driven methodologies with over 9+ years of industry experience, search engine algorithms (Google, Bing), social media platform changes (LinkedIn, Meta, X), and market conditions remain outside our direct control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee specific revenue numbers, search engine rankings, or virality. In no event shall Rajnish Barnwal be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
